Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 per year (DOE, includes base
commission) Sign-On Bonus of $750.
This is a remote position requiring some travel.
Candidates must live in IL, WI, or IA.
Account Executive Sales Manager - Midwest - US and Canada
Responsibilities:
Key Functions:
Grow top line sales and profitability Manage existing customer base while increasing organic sales opportunities Increase sales pipeline activity and develop new sales with new OEM's Monitor and manage OTD, Sales Forecast, GP with existing accounts Work closely with supporting and manufacturing team at IFH Primary
Responsibilities:
Develop meaningful relationships with management, buyers and engineers with existing customers and target OEM's.
Manager the sales cycle with new opportunities Visit top customer base with frequency of approximately six times per year minimum Be proactive in assistance with internal Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality at the design, quoting and prototype phases of the sales cycle.
Attend regional and national trade shows Be prepared for sales calls and provide suitable follow up reporting Negotiate pricing and pricing contracts Account ownership Education and
Experience:
Minimum of an Associate degree, a bachelor's degree is a major plus.
Sales, engineering and or Welding background is a plus.
Minimum background in manufacturing of 10 years or more.
Success in selling to OEM manufactures.
Minimum of 5 years in direct management of a customer base.
General Requirements:
Ability to travel up to approximately 33% of available workdays Home office Adequate vehicle for travel Overnight travel Windows/Office 365/Excel/PDF Editing Availability for Sales Meetings and Training at IFH HQ
