Customer service calls and e-mails.
Customer warranty claims to process.
Receptionist duties.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Customer Service experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word).
Willing to learn new computer systems.
Will field customer complaints and work with the sales and management team to resolve complaints.
