Responsibilities:
Work directly with multiple Home Depot Stores and installers to schedule flooring installation dates Provide installation and service information Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns with installers and customers Document and update customer records based on interactions Follow-up with customers upon completion of the job
Qualifications:
No experience needed! Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus Ability to build rapport with customers, Home Depot Store Employees, and installers Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Exceptional phone skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flooring knowledge is a plus
