Calculates rates and pricing for the company's services Communicates by e-mail and phone with both domestic and international customers.
Possess excellent time management skills and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight timelines Maintains communication with vendor, shipper, customer, carrier and overseas offices throughout the course of a project.
Prepares quotations of company's services and provides revisions when requested.
Responsible for reports as needed and requested by management.
Negotiates cost-effective rates with service providers to ensure maximum profitability.
Immediately report problems, operation disputes or discrepancies to supervisor, manager, divisional manager or branch manager.
