We guarantee all our work to exceed your expectations! We are now seeking an experienced Dispatcher/Customer Service team member to drive the productivity of the team, and to manage customer relationship satisfaction.
Required
Experience:
2 or more years of Dispatcher Experience, preferably in Commercial Food Equipment Repair, HVAC, Refrigeration or commercial plumbing industry.
Must be able to use basic Microsoft Office, Outlook Email and Internet applications.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a self-motivator who is willing to go the extra mile.
Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment be able to work well under pressure.
Must have good organization and detailed orientated skillsets.
Punctual, dependable and must possess a positive attitude.
Must be able to work as a team, but also must be able to work independently on different projects with little to no supervision needed.

Responsibilities:
Ordering and quoting service/parts Maintain the service technicians' daily schedules Dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed Schedule return trips with customers when parts that have been ordered come in Maintain the customer database with current information Being able to keep up with calls and emails Billing customers Must maintain clear and concise communication with the department managers, employees and customers Keeping customers informed as to the company schedule and requested lead times Quality and customer satisfaction must be taken seriously Daily interaction with technicians and other department personnel
