Program Manager
Job DescriptionThe Program Manager is responsible for day to day management of the Program Office, its tools and deliverables.
The PMO is responsible for establishing controls and standards for the structuring, tracking and reporting of programs and projects through the project managers assigned to specific projects and initiatives across SHS.
The position works with the individual Project Managers and Line managers (various levels) responsible for the operations for which the project are designed to impact.

com)oControls the development of public workspaces, boards, dashboards and reports within Monday.
comoAssist users with the development of private boards when requestedoControl the number of users of the tool, monitor and report capacity under the contractoEnsures project update are performed by Project managers using capabilities of the tools as well as personal interactionoMonitors and controls the hygiene of the Project management tools, ensuring completed projects have appropriate post mortem and are archived at the appropriate stage of completionoHelps to mentor junior project managersoWorks closely with practice leads and/or managers to ensure a high level of qualityoManages large projects spanning cross-functional teamsoEnsures program documents are complete, current, and archived appropriatelyoLeads post-program lessons learned sessions to improve process and performance.
Job Requirements:
oBachelor's Level Degreeo5 to 10 years related professional experience.
oMust be able to work closely with business partners, user experience practitioners, engineers, merchants and third party agencies to drive strategic initiatives.
oMust be detail oriented and have strong program management and time management skillsoAbility to participate in and occasionally lead cross functional teams to deliver high quality work consistently and on timeoAbility to judge alignment of status reports against empiric evidence and to judge the true condition of projectsoProficiency in industry standard project management software such as Monday.
com, Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite of productsoExcellent communication skills - in person, written and presentationoSelf-motivated with positive attitudePreferred Skills:
