Sales Assistant
International Machine company is looking for a Bilingual Sales Assistant.
oUpdate customer records in the company database as required oSupport creating and organizing sales presentation materials oSupport translating sales and technical materials from Japanese to English oCreate simple drawings (cutting layout) on the computer as a part of machine sales activities oReceive and ship machine parts oTrack and update the status of shipments oMaintain parts inventory and shipping materials oProvide additional support involved with shipping delays or damages Requirements:
oQuick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges oGood oral and written communication skills oStrong sense of time organization and urgency oAbility to lift machine parts up to 50 lbs oBasic proficiency with MS Office oEnglish and Japanese bilingual (conversational level required) Needed ASAP! GREAT benefits! NO travel required.
