Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role in Elk Grove, IL for a Practice Manager.
The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, including managing healthcare staff, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications Must be a LPN or RN NectGen EHR experience a plus! Experience in healthcare management Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements Ability to manage and motivate staff in a fast-paced office.
Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience in electronic health record systems Familiarity with medical billing codes and procedures Degree in Nursing Experience in management is a plus Recommended Skills Communication Health Administration Health Care Leadership Medical Billing And Coding Nursing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
