Heres what youll be doing:
Calling on small-to-medium-sized businesses and selling the experience of ScentAir and our industry-leading scent marketing products.
Youll be responsible for meeting monthly sales goals by securing new client appointments, successfully building a sales pipeline through continuous, ongoing prospecting, and building programs to meet client needs.
Heres how youll be doing it:
- Research, identify and generate new business opportunities via the phone, web, and onsite visits- Meet or exceed prospecting activity requirements- Maintain a high volume of activity focusing on multiple touchpoints, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a consultative sales environment- Prepare for client appointments by executing client research, tailoring sales materials, and leveraging available resources- Exceed monthly sales quotas while remaining intensely focused on the consistent execution of proven sales methods- Utilize Salesforce CRM as a key tool to support your success and update its database daily/weekly- Stay current on product updates to ensure understanding of use in customer business applicationsThe skills you bring to the table:
- New account generation is your thing- You can create and execute a territory management plan- Youre all about solution selling and creating value for our clients- Tech-savvy; you know your way around a CRMpreferably Salesforce- You take the initiative to develop personally and professionally and need little supervision- Self-motivated, with the ability to work individually and in a team environment- The ability to thrive throughout change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachableThe background you have:
- Youve got 2
years of outside sales experience under your belt- A track record of achievement in selling B2B products or services- BA/BS degree from a college or university is nice, but relative sales experience will work, too- Valid drivers license, access to regular transportation and automobile insuranceWhy youll love working at ScentAir:
