This role is the primary contact for existing customers.
Account Managers will handle 200 plus customer relationships and be responsible for driving customer orders, upselling and working with the outside Sales Rep to achieve their territory yearly goals.
Daily customer interactions through Emails and Phone Calls Answer incoming phone calls promptly and with upbeat attitude Logging pertinent information to the customers' accounts in our CRM system Quoting, quote follow up, expediting, executing specific customer requirements Self-Management through KPI's Maintain and Expand Existing Customer Growth> 3-4% Support outside sales in customer acquisition and Sales Funnel> 3-4% Upsell and provide alternate quotes/ solutions 1-2 Years of Customer Service and or dispatch experience Inside Sales Experience a Plus CRM Experience Microsoft Office proficiency, Typing / Keyboarding proficiency Initiative, Stress tolerance, and will to Succeed Growing Team Environment!
