We are a Labor Union office located in Elk Grove Village.
These positions are 15 to 25 hours a week part-time Monday thru Friday.
Our office is open daily for normal business hours and we offer flexibility in scheduling.
Ideally, you would work 4 to 6 hours per day three to five days a week.
Your role would be to post our members monthly union dues and conduct research to adjust mistakes as well as other administrative/office duties pertaining to Union Membership.
About the Candidate:
We are seeking motivated individuals able to accurately enter information and have a strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and be capable of working on a computer using Excel, Word and email.
We provide complete on the job training and welcome candidates that may be seeking to re-enter the workforce after a lapse in employment.
Although our office is flexible working around your scheduling needs, we need reliable employees that we can count on.
Qualifications:
Dependability.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and follow instructions.
Some experience working with a computer and using programs such as:
