Service Support Assistant
Trillium has an immediate opening for a Service Support Assistant in Elk Grove Village!The Service Support Assistant will be responsible for supporting the field service technician representatives.
Duties include keeping an accurate calendar for appointments, creating/completing order requests from service technician representatives, communicating with customers via phone & emails regarding follow-up appointments, lead follow-ups, and qualification of new customers.
If you are computer savvy and organized with outstanding oral and written communication skills, this Service Technician Support Associate opportunity could be just what you are seeking!This Direct-Hire position will train the right candidate who has all the above skills.
