We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Representative to provide guidance and support to prospective customers regarding our products.

Qualifications and Position Requirements:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree in business or related field preferred.
Experience:

Computer proficiency and effective communication skills in English (phone and email) are essential.
Sales experience in Electronics and Appliances is a plus but not required.
Physical:
Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week, including sitting at a computer for extended periods.
Language:
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Additional Requirements:
Troubleshooting skills, teamwork abilities, proficiency in Windows, Web Browsers, Excel, and Word.
Knowledge of web development or website maintenance is advantageous.

Process quotations and orders accurately.
Coordinate shipments with warehouse and logistics partners.
Provide technical assistance or coordinate with relevant personnel.
Update customers on repair statuses.
Manage email accounts efficiently.
