Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher with accounting concentration.
CPA or CPA candidate Analytical aptitude, accuracy and attention to detail.
Can organize and prioritize job related duties.
Strong communication skills and time management skills.
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, HR/Accounting Software 5 years minimum in a management role Duties & expectations:
Support CFO in the overall operations of the company.
Manage accounting department and oversees all general management accounting functions.
Month end close including review of accounting reconciliations.
Prepare financial reporting package.
Cash management and forecasting.
Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Provide information and coordinate various audits.
Ensure accounting records and financial statements are in compliance with GAAP Maintains a clean and organized work space.
Willing to work in a team environment and interact with departmental and supplier personnel as required.
Identify when applicable, continuous improvement of processes and understand the contribution to the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Aware of quality policies, procedures, objectives, contribution to conformance of product, safety and ethics.
