Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of their objectives.
Solution Formulation:
Utilize expertise in Microsoft.
NET technologies and ERP systems to develop effective solutions for client's business challenges within the CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine framework.
Documentation:
Prepare detailed specifications, project estimates, and technical documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy throughout the development process.
Development and Testing:
Engage in the development, testing, and debugging of solutions using Microsoft.
NET technologies and web development tools to deliver high-quality applications.
Project Delivery:
Manage project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones while meeting client expectations.
Technical Support:
Provide ongoing technical support to clients post-implementation, addressing any issues to ensure the smooth operation of CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine systems.
Customer Engagement:
Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration, offering technical guidance and support as needed.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge in relevant technologies.
Project Management:
Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, allocating resources and prioritizing tasks to achieve successful outcomes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft.
NET technologies, including T-SQL, C#, and VB.
Net.
Experience in web development, including ASP.
NET/MVC, Web Services/Web APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine.
Previous consulting experience is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility in managing simultaneous projects.
Customer service-oriented with a commitment to high standards.

Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred.
