Duties:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, on site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, optics, mechanicals, electronics, and hardware issues - Assist customers with setting up and configuring software applications - Document and track customer issues in the service report's system - Collaborate with other technical support team members to resolve complex issues - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
Experience:
- Experience working in a field technical support in, Electronics, software, optics and mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, Windows, Linux, and Unix are a plus - Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues - Familiarity with customer field support service principles and practices - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Note:
