Experience in construction is a plus.
They will work closely with the production and project managers to provide outstanding customer service and project updates to the sales team.
The schedule is very hectic from April to October, but a regular winter schedule is about 40 hours per week.
As this role is new, it is expected to have some shifting responsibilities depending on the skills of the person we hire.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the organization and who will not be afraid to jump in and learn the processes in order to give ideas for improvement.
Daily
Responsibilities:
Assistance scheduling misc interior work and confirming scheduled trades Following up on special order material and documenting the system with progress Reviewing and processing new order acknowledgments Fielding production related customer service phone calls Coding and entering bills and credit card charges Processing customer warranties Making Accounts Receivable Calls Following up with customers for misc items as needed Requirements:
Ability to type 75
WPM QuickBooks Premier preferred, but will train CRM - JobNimbus a plus! Pleasant phone demeanor Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Excel Superior organization and attention to detail Must work well in a team environment Please submit your resume for consideration.
