It involves detailed hands on communication with subcontractors regarding any challenges on the job site real time and communicating with sales and customers.
This is a full time position assisting the installation manager while performing customer service responsibilities.
Previous experience preferred however we are willing to train the right candidate.
This position requires you to have the ability to learn the industry and work in a fast paced environment while being able to resolve multiple priorities.
Job Responsibilities Assisting with the daily load of subcontractor assignments and job performance obligations Develop strong working relationships with subcontractors and focus on retention efforts Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during and after installation as necessary Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned Process efficiently and accurately installation orders, change orders, scheduling requests and other related items Create and process quotes, subcontractor payments, etc.
Deal with daily operations of the office and Installation office/schedule.
Receive and make calls to customers, work on customer emails and other customer service duties.
