Bilingual Executive Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish)

Seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (must be fluent in English and Spanish) to support the EVP of Marketing & Sales and the Director of Sales, and collaborate with the brand and sales team.
Position pays: $36K - $40K
Responsibilities:
Type correspondence and reports
Coordinates travel arrangements, as requested
Screen calls for EVP of Marketing & Sales and Director of Sales
Work closely with Brand Managers and Sales Manager
Maintain all incoming mail for EVP and Director of Sales
Orders supplies for use by Marketing department
Handle all outgoing correspondence
Maintains departmental filing
Handle various projects assigned by managers
Communicate to Field Sales Force via EVP of Marketing & Sales and Director of Sales
Coordinate and review Expense Reports/Invoices checking for proper
information needed and getting EVP of Marketing & Sales and Director of Sales
Act as liaison between Marketing and Independent Contractors
Prepare requisition for shipment forms and insure execution by shipping as needed by EVP and Director of Sales
Develop a good knowledge of features and benefits of Company Products (from product information sheets) to enhance ability to support the Marketing & Sales departments in the execution of tasks
Input International product orders and follow-up with Distributors until shipments leave Company warehouse
Liaison between International Distributors and Company World Headquarters
Maintain Sales Projection spreadsheets and update with actual sales as required
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
AA Degree or equivalent or higher
5 years of administrative assistant experience is required.
Must have excellent written & verbal skills. Computer competent & multitask oriented. Bilingual in English/Spanish.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
