Business Development Executive - Packaging / Printing Located in the Itasca, IL area Full time permanent hire Salary range:
80-100k Business Development Executive- Commercial USA Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
With over 40 years of experience in the Packaging Industry our client is dedicated to the manufacture of rigid plastic sheet to provide solutions to the packaging industry.
Business Development Manager Skills and Qualifications:
Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism BA in Sales and Marketing with at least 5 recent years within the flexible printing and packing industry.
Preferably experience and/or knowledge with packaging distributors; mainly sleeves.
Experience and knowledge in printing processes, gravure, flex and offset.
Ideal Candidate should have 3-7 years of recent experience in similar position and a solid network within the field.
Must be available to travel.
50-75% local/domestic and international.
Business Development Manager Job Duties:
o Develop commercial policies and strategies of the Company.
Implement together with North America commercial director corporate defined strategies in order to reach goals.
o Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
o Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
o Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
o Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
o Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
o Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
o Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
o Coordinate together with the production, quality and logistics teams for the launch of new products or the improvements of current products.
o Customer and account retention- generate customer segments in order to enhance bids.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
